For many mat­ters, it is suf­fi­cient if the sig­na­ture under your dec­la­ra­tion is certified.

It is then not nec­es­sary to take the min­utes and read out the entire doc­u­ment to you. I would be hap­py to car­ry out such sig­na­ture cer­ti­fi­ca­tions for you in Ger­man or Eng­lish. If you want to use the cer­ti­fied doc­u­ment abroad, it may be nec­es­sary in a par­tic­u­lar case for the doc­u­ment to be addi­tion­al­ly pro­vid­ed with an apos­tille. An apos­tille con­firms that I am a notary with­in the mean­ing of the Hague Convention.

In my case, the apos­tille was issued by the Pres­i­dent of the Region­al Court in Frank­furt am Main. I would be hap­py to apply for the apos­tille for you.
