The purchase of land or an apartment *
You want to buy a (house) plot of land or an apartment and are looking for a notary you can…
As your notary in Frankfurt, I am at your disposal in all areas of notarial service.
I consider myself as a modern service provider. Professional excellence, individual support and promptness are the maxims of my work. Please do not hesitate to contact me!
My office is centrally located — only a few hundred meters from the Alte Oper.
The focal points of my notarial work are real estate transactions, i.e. in particular the purchase of land and apartments, all areas of corporate law and business transactions, as well as family and inheritance law property arrangements and succession planning. In addition, I am also happy to take care of your other notarial needs, such as the preparation of powers of attorney or certifications.
I have a pronounced service orientation. I attach great importance to individual care and prompt handling of your concerns, from notarization to settlement with the land registry and other registries. Apart from your contacting my office, you will only be serviced by me personally. I take my time for you and will be happy to advise you. Usually, I make appointments very promptly. Draft contracts can be prepared by me within 24 hours of receiving the necessary information from you. Notary fees are set by law and are therefore the same for all notaries. If required, I will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate.
I have many years of extensive experience in all areas of my notarial practice. My specialization enables me to meet the highest quality standards. For 10 years now, I have been awarded the recommendation rating “Germany’s Best Lawyers”, which is published annually by the German business newspaper Handelsblatt, and I am also listed by the US publisher “Best Lawyers”.
Due to my additional qualification as a specialist lawyer for tax law, I always keep an eye on the tax implications and am happy to cooperate expertly with your tax advisors in finding tailor-made solutions to your concerns.
Since I have always worked in an international environment, English is my second working language. Notarizations in English are a matter of course for me.

The best way to reach my office by subway is to take the U6 or U7 stop “Alte Oper”. Leave the station in the direction of Bockenheim. Walk about 200m on Bockenheimer Landstraße, passing Oberlindau and Unterlindau. The next street to the right is Liebigstraße, which you walk down again about 80m to my office.
From the main station take one of the various S‑Bahn trains to Hauptwache and from there the U6 or U7 to the stop “Alte Oper”. For further information see description “U‑Bahn”.
Coming from the A5, take the A648 at the Westkreuz Frankfurt in the direction of Messe; at Messe turn left in the direction of Bockenheim; then turn right into Bockenheimer Landstraße; then left into Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße; immediately take the next right into Staufenstraße and the next right again into Liebigstraße.
From Frankfurt Airport, you can either take one of the S‑Bahn trains to the main train station (travel time approx. 20 minutes; from there, see the description “Bahn”). Or take a cab, which will bring you to my office in about 20 minutes in normal traffic conditions.
If you need a parking space, please let me know and I can provide you a parking space behind the house.
