The focal points of my notar­i­al work are real estate trans­ac­tions, i.e. in par­tic­u­lar the pur­chase of land and apart­ments, all areas of cor­po­rate law and busi­ness trans­ac­tions, as well as fam­i­ly and inher­i­tance law prop­er­ty arrange­ments and suc­ces­sion plan­ning. In addi­tion, I am also hap­py to take care of your oth­er notar­i­al needs, such as the prepa­ra­tion of pow­ers of attor­ney or certifications.

Individual service and promptness

I have a pro­nounced ser­vice ori­en­ta­tion. I attach great impor­tance to indi­vid­ual care and prompt han­dling of your con­cerns, from nota­riza­tion to set­tle­ment with the land reg­istry and oth­er reg­istries. Apart from your con­tact­ing my office, you will only be ser­viced by me per­son­al­ly. I take my time for you and will be hap­py to advise you. Usu­al­ly, I make appoint­ments very prompt­ly. Draft con­tracts can be pre­pared by me with­in 24 hours of receiv­ing the nec­es­sary infor­ma­tion from you. Notary fees are set by law and are there­fore the same for all notaries. If required, I will be hap­py to pro­vide you with a cost estimate.

The best way to reach my office by sub­way is to take the U6 or U7 stop “Alte Oper”. Leave the sta­tion in the direc­tion of Bock­en­heim. Walk about 200m on Bock­en­heimer Land­straße, pass­ing Ober­lin­dau and Unter­lin­dau. The next street to the right is Liebigstraße, which you walk down again about 80m to my office.

From the main sta­tion take one of the var­i­ous S‑Bahn trains to Hauptwache and from there the U6 or U7 to the stop “Alte Oper”. For fur­ther infor­ma­tion see descrip­tion “U‑Bahn”.

Com­ing from the A5, take the A648 at the West­kreuz Frank­furt in the direc­tion of Messe; at Messe turn left in the direc­tion of Bock­en­heim; then turn right into Bock­en­heimer Land­straße; then left into Frei­herr-vom-Stein-Straße; imme­di­ate­ly take the next right into Staufen­straße and the next right again into Liebigstraße.

From Frank­furt Air­port, you can either take one of the S‑Bahn trains to the main train sta­tion (trav­el time approx. 20 min­utes; from there, see the descrip­tion “Bahn”). Or take a cab, which will bring you to my office in about 20 min­utes in nor­mal traf­fic conditions.
